Our client, an international and well established Flavor & Food Ingredient Company, is seeking an aggressive and accomplished Sales Manager for their Flavor Division:

Job Title: Sales Manager, Flavor Division

Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies to expand market share in the beverage, confectionery, dairy, and baked goods sectors. Target both existing and new clients for business development.

·        Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with CPG manufacturers, brand owners, and key decision-makers.

·        Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention rates.

·        Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities within the flavor market.

·        Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized flavor solutions and support new product development.

·        Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management review.

·        Team Leadership: Coach and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture and establishing clear accountability.

Qualifications:

·        Experience: 10 plus years of B2B sales experience in the flavor industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Sales management experience or prior team leadership is preferred.

·        Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of flavor, beverage, confectionery, dairy, and bakery formulation, as well as industry trends.

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
